Boutique BK is a 2 to 14 seat “reservation only” tasting room, intimate dining venue, private lounge and off-site catering service featuring the culinary creations of Owner/Executive Chef Matthew Ricketts.
Your experience begins with a custom reservation. Next, Chef Matt crafts a succulent multi-course menu based solely on the desires and interests of you and your guests. ABOUT CHEF MATT
Growing up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Chef Matthew Ricketts graduated from The Le Cordon Bleu Institute of PA in 2009. Beginning his first steps into a professional kitchen as an intern at the Prestigious Woodberry Kitchen of Baltimore, Chef Matthew has also trained under the mentorship of Chef Kevin Miller of Copper Kitchen in Baltimore and Jeffrey Buben in Washington D.C.-- His extensive resume also includes experiences from well-known Lincoln Ristorante and Michelin Star Restaurants throughout New York City.
He has now transferred his culinary experience from multiple high-end restaurants into his own thought process of creation.
Chef Matt applies immense passion and meaning to his craft of cooking. His pursuit and obsession for pleasing the palate are evident in all he creates.
